Mass appraisal is the process of valuing large groups of properties as of a given date using common data, standardized methods and statistical testing. 

It’s an efficient and effective way to accurately value large numbers of properties in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner, ensuring properties with similar characteristics in the same area are assessed at similar values.

We follow the internationally accepted mass appraisal guidelines set out by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
