The Property Valuation Services Corporation is a new not-for-profit, municipally-controlled corporation with its head office located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (formerly Service Nova Scotia & Municipal Relations - Assessment Services).
We strive to be recognized as the best provider of market valuation and other property related services to municipalities, clients and the Province of Nova Scotia.
