This year is the second year that the assessment notice has been delivered by the Property Valuation Services Corporation. Last year we completely re-redesigned the notice in response to the needs of our clients. This year we have made a few more changes to make it simpler while adding additional information.
The new assessment notice will now include the past five year's assessment values for each property where available. This information is found on the back of the notice.
We have created an appeal process guide that will be mailed to property owners who file an appeal. As a result, we have removed the appeal questions and answers from the notice and relocated the detachable appeal form to the front of the notice. Appeal Process Guide
The front page of the notice shows only the applicable market or CAP assessment. This is the amount the property owner is taxed on. The remainder of the information is located on the back of the notice.

As has been our practice, some-multi property owners will receive their notice in a different format, known as a consolidated notice.
