About Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC)
The PVSC is a municipally-owned, not-for-profit corporation that determines the market value of properties as legislated by the Assessment Act.
The corporation is managed by a Board of Directors and has approximately 165 employees in seven locations across Nova Scotia.
